Frequently Asked Questions
What is a dental implant, exactly?
A dental implant is an affordable way to replace an individual tooth that has been chipped or cracked or has rotted away. It is more permanent than dentures and looks completely natural.
A dental implant is a small screw (usually titanium) that is set into the jawbone that replaces a missing tooth root. The jaw bonds with the screw and creates a strong foundation. The artificial tooth is then secured on the top of the implant screw.
Implants are a permanent solution to dentures and bridges, but they can also serve as strong foundations for both bridges and dentures.
How much does a dental implant cost?
We do our best to keep our prices more affordable than those of other area dentists. The total cost for a single implant, or tooth replacement, is $2500. This includes the implant itself, the abutment, and the crown. We also offer a set of four regular implants and a new denture for $5500.
Do you offer sedation when getting procedures done?
We understand that a visit to the dentist is not easy for everyone. We want your visit to be as comfortable as possible. We offer nitrous oxide free for every procedure.
